Description

The SAT is a standardized test widely used for college admissions in the United States. It is a critical requirement for students who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in the U.S. after completing Intermediate, O Levels, or A Levels.

Administered by the College Board (USA), the SAT assesses a student’s readiness for college by testing core skills in English and Mathematics.

    What Does the SAT Test?

    The SAT focuses on two main subject areas:

    1. πŸ“˜ Evidence-Based Reading & Writing (English)

    This section evaluates:

    • Reading Comprehension: Understanding and analyzing passages from literature, historical documents, social sciences, and science.

    • Grammar & Usage: Recognizing and correcting errors in sentence structure, punctuation, and word usage.

    • Vocabulary in Context: Understanding word meaning based on context and usage.

    2. βž— Mathematics

    Divided into:

    • No-Calculator Section: Basic arithmetic, algebra, and problem solving.

    • Calculator Section: Advanced algebra, data analysis, geometry, and introductory trigonometry.

    Optional Essay Section: Some universities require the essay. Guidance is available for students who choose to prepare for it
